JEE Advanced 2018 Important Dates Released!

IIT Kanpur has released the important dates of JEE Advanced 2018. The exam will be held on May 20, 2018 in online mode.

JEE Advanced Important Dates 2018 – IIT Kanpur has released all important dates of JEE Advanced 2018. JEE Advanced 2018 will be conducted on May 20, 2018, at various examination centres across India. IIT Kanpur will release the online application forms for the aspirants seeking admission in engineering courses through this entrance exam on 02 May 2018. It is important for the candidates to regularly check JEE Advanced 2018 important dates to keep a track of all the crucial events. JEE Advanced 2018 will be conducted by IIT Kanpur under the guidance of Joint Admission Board (JAB). The exam is conducted to grant admission to the Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s and Dual Degree programs (entry at the 10+2 level) in all the IITs and the ISM. The decisions of the JAB 2018 will be final in all matters related to JEE Advanced 2018 and admission to IITs and ISM. The JEE Advanced 2018 important dates include the schedule of the application form, admit card download, entrance exam, answer key release, declaration of results, seat allotment and counselling. About JEE Advanced 2018:

JEE Advanced 2018 will be the second stage of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and only the candidates who clear the JEE Main 2018 exam will be eligible to appear for this national level examination. Aspirants clearing this exam can seek admissions in the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and ISM, Dhanbad.

The JEE Advanced 2018 will be the base for admission to the following programmes in Engineering, Architecture, Science and Pharmaceutics in the IITs:

  • 4-year Bachelors: B.Tech, B.S., B.Pharm
  • 5-year Bachelors: B.Arch
  • 5-year Dual Degree: B.Tech, M.Tech, B.S., M.S.
  • 5-year Integrated Masters: M.Tech, M.Sc, M.Pharm dual degree
JEE Advanced 2018 Eligibility criteria:The candidates are required to fulfil JEE Advanced 2018 Eligibility Criteria to apply for the exam. Below given are the conditions candidates need to meet to satisfy JEE Advanced eligibility criteria 2018:

  • Should be among the 2,24,000 students in JEE Main 2018
  • Should be born on or after October 1, 1993
  • Should not have appeared in JEE Advanced in 2016 or earlier
  • Should have appeared in class 12 exam for the first time in 2017 or 2018
  • Should not have accepted admission at any of the IITs earlier
